Who are we looking for?
You are someone who:
- Always ready with a smile for guests as well as colleagues
- Representative, stress-resistant and proactive
- Hospitality not only understands, but lives
- Has strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- In possession of a driver’s license
- Experience in the hotel industry is a must; an additional language is a plus
Your duties
As a Receptionist(e), you will be a key player within our Front Office. Your duties include:
- Warmly welcome, check-in and check-out guests
- Answering questions by phone, email and at the front desk
- Giving tourist information about Maastricht and its surroundings
- Taking and processing room and restaurant reservations
- Professionally handling complaints and special requests
- Perform administrative duties such as cash register work and transactions
- Working according to international IHG standards
