Your Role
As a Self-Employed Chef (Zelfstandig Werkend Kok), you are much more than an executor. You are a flavor architect. You will fully participate in our kitchen team, create new dishes, and surprise our guests with seasonal, high-quality creations. Every service is different, and you ensure it runs like a well-oiled machine.
What You Will Do

Cook at a high level: à la carte, banqueting, and specials

Work with fresh, local, and seasonal products

Take responsibility for your own station

Contribute creatively to the menu and presentation

Maintain precise mise-en-place & a tidy workspace
-
Collaborate with a friendly and professional kitchen team

Naturally: hygiene and quality (HACCP) come first

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel

SVH diploma or equivalent level

You speak Dutch; English is a plus

Team player, stress-resistant, and passionate about the craft

Flexible availability – breakfast, lunch, or dinner
