F&B Manager
Vacature: F&B Manager
You will be responsible for the entire F&B team. The F&B outlets consist of our restaurant the “Mangerie”, the bar “Le Club D’Artagnan”, nine conference rooms and stewarding. You will manage the entire team. You are responsible for complaint handling. You ensure a positive relationship in the team and you support the team to achieve all F&B goals. You will welcome our guests according to our IHG standards and make sure your team does the same.
Your duties and responsibilities include :
- Lead staff in restaurant, bar, breakfast and banqueting;
- Create the schedules and work schedules and ensure proper deployment of employees.
- Determine staffing levels, recruit and appoint new employees, ensure adequate familiarisation, conduct appraisals
- Coordinate/arrange the execution of work:
- Monitor the progress and execution quality of the work
- Handling complaints from guests
- Monitor efficiency/productivity
- Monitor realization, identify and adjust deviations
- Develop improvement actions; implement cost savings
- Provide data and proposals for budgeting and investments
- Coordinate and manage adequate inventory management
- Keeping prescribed records
- Collaborate operationally within the F&B outlets.
Who are you?
- Visible, hands-on leader
- Passion for hospitality and good service
- Experience in the hotel industry
- Extensive experience in F&B
- Minimum of 2.5 years of leadership experience
- Communicative and good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages
