Your responsibilities include:

Coaching, motivating, and inspiring the department together with the Housekeeping Manager and other supervisors
A hands-on leadership role, ensuring all tasks are well-coordinated
Acting as the point of contact for the Housekeeping team and other departments
Communicating with the Front Office and Technical Services departments
Creating schedules using the electronic payroll system
Inspecting rooms and public areas
Helping to create cleaning schedules and plans
Handling ad hoc tasks such as group arrivals, guest complaints, etc.
Building strong relationships with colleagues, external partners, and guests
Creating onboarding programs
Conducting job interviews
Conducting performance evaluations
Implementing IHG standards
Providing on-the-job training

Who are you?

Experienced in housekeeping
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Leadership experience is a must
Skilled in planning ahead, but also flexible in handling ad hoc tasks
A true team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and international team
Stress-resistant and adaptable in various situations
Willing to work weekends and evenings if necessary
Accurate and detail-oriented
