YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Support on making room reservations or group reservations;
- Checking (online) reservations;
- Taking requests for individual reservations and group reservations;
- Execute the administrative handling of reservations, such as the creation of quotations, contracts, banquet orders and after sales;
- Other work related to the above on behalf of the manager;
- Giving tours.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A REPRESENTATIVE GUEST-ORIENTED STUDENT WHO:
- Taking the hotel school course or a similar MBO/HBO course
- Excellent command of the Dutch & English language in word & writing.
- Accurately works, is hospitable and has communication skills.
