The fitness center is located in the hotel and this is open 24/7 for all hotel guests and can use it free of charge. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in our hotel. There is, however, a hairdresser and beauty salon located in the hotel.

We can place a crib in the room for you free of charge. For an extra bed there is an additional charge of €35.00 per night. We need to know this in advance in order to confirm it for you in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, there are no shuttles available to and from the city center or other locations. However, we can call a cab for you so that you will always arrive at your desired destination on time. There is also a bus stop near the hotel that you can use for a fee to arrive at your desired destination.

There is no spa at Crowne Plaza Maastricht. However, there is a beauty salon located in the hotel where you can go for a beauty treatment, enjoy a comprehensive facial or a relaxing massage. We also have a hairdresser in our hotel, Massimo can provide you with a fresh cut from Tuesday to Saturday.

Unfortunately, there are no shuttles available to and from the airport or train station. However, we can call a cab for you so you will always arrive at Hotel Crowne Plaza Maastricht in good shape. You can also use public transportation to get to the hotel. From the Maastricht train station, it is a 10-minute walk to the hotel.

The check-in time on the day of arrival is 3:00 pm. Should you arrive earlier you can always check in at the front desk, they will see if your room is already available. Should this not be the case, however, you can already leave your luggage with us. Also, you can already park your car in the garage located next to the hotel.

The check-out time on the day of departure is 12:00 noon at the latest. You can still leave the car parked in the garage, and you can also leave the luggage with us and pick it up later in the day.
