Your duties<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
As a Receptionist(e), you will be a key player within our Front Office. Your duties include: <\/p>\n

Warmly welcome, check-in and check-out guests<\/li>\n
Answering questions by phone, email and at the front desk<\/li>\n
Giving tourist information about Maastricht and its surroundings<\/li>\n
Taking and processing room and restaurant reservations<\/li>\n
Professionally handling complaints and special requests<\/li>\n
Perform administrative duties such as cash register work and transactions<\/li>\n
Working according to international IHG standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
