In this versatile position, you will be the contact person for employees and managers and you will contribute to a pleasant and professional working environment. What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
As an HR Associate, you will support all facets of the HR process – from recruitment to attrition. Your range of duties is broad and challenging: <\/p>\n
\n
Coordinate recruitment and selection;<\/li>\n
Monitor hours worked, leave and sick leave;<\/li>\n
Support for inflow, advancement and outflow of employees;<\/li>\n
Processing mutations in the personnel system;<\/li>\n
Sick leave registration and counseling;<\/li>\n
Facilitate training and education in consultation with the department head;<\/li>\n
Maintain contact with educational institutions for internships and apprenticeships;<\/li>\n
Identify bottlenecks and take improvement actions;<\/li>\n
Answering employee questions and advising supervisors;<\/li>\n
Keeping procedures and company regulations up to date;<\/li>\n
Organize staff meetings such as the quarterly meeting and Christmas party;<\/li>\n
And other HR-related tasks on behalf of the GM or human resources officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Who are you?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
\n
You have a completed HR education or relevant work experience as an HR professional;<\/li>\n
Affinity for hospitality;<\/li>\n
HR knowledge and experience (employment law and HR processes);<\/li>\n
You communicate strongly in both Dutch and English (oral and written);<\/li>\n
You work accurately, are proactive and think in solutions.<\/li>\n
Be able to handle confidential information<\/li>\n
Knowledge and affinity with HR systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
